Shipping and deliveries


Generally, we will ship the items within 2 days after the date you placed the order, provided this is done no later than 12:00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday).

In case of problems related to the momentary unavailability of an item, incorrectly or incorrectly reported in e-commerce, or in case of problems not attributable to Artpelle, you will be promptly notified by e-mail and you will have the right to terminate the order without no additional costs and obtaining a credit of the amount eventually paid in advance, as indicated in the page “Terms and Conditions”

Delivery times may vary from the day of the order or a maximum of 15 working days from the confirmation of the same. In the event that we are not in the conditions to make the shipment within this period but, however, within that indicated in the following point, you will be given timely notice by e-mail.

The rates related to shipping methods may vary according to the price lists set by the shipper. Shipping costs are indicated in the checkout (cart) phase and are to be understood as “including VAT”. In the case of orders that involve spending more than a set amount from time to time, during promotional campaigns or using a coupon, you can take advantage of the “free shipping”, if it is visible among the options to choose during checkout.

Our shipping system, as already indicated in the “Terms and Conditions”, does not provide for delivery in non-EU countries. Therefore, you have the right to indicate as a place of delivery, different from that of residence, only European Union countries.


Artpelle mainly uses the shipping services provided by GLS General – Logistics Systems, but has the right to entrust every single shipment to other suppliers of express delivery services. Delivery times are at the sole discretion of the courier, generally quantifiable within 2 or 3 days from the date of shipment. Depending on the availability of the tracking service, you will have the possibility to monitor the delivery status through the “Order Tracking” page by entering a code assigned to the shipment, which will be communicated via e-mail to the confirmation of “Package sent”. It is understood that Artpelle can not in any way guarantee the punctuality of delivery.
